We facilitate studio calls, reflect what we see in your relationship to your project, and ask questions that crack things open. We create the conditions for your best work to emerge.

Questions
What kinds of projects do you support?
Projects that are personally meaningful to you: a business, a body of work, media projects, creative ventures. We're looking for work that feels significant and maybe has you shaking in your boots a bit. If it matters to you and needs the right conditions to grow, we want to help you tend it.
Who is this for?
People with a creative project that needs the right conditions to grow. You're already building. You don't need a formula. You need a studio, a crew, and producers who've seen what you're going through. You might call yourself an entrepreneur, solopreneur, founder, co-founder, a business owner, a writer, a creator, a creative, a builder, a maker. Honestly, it doesn't matter what your identity is, it's about having a project.
Who is this NOT for?
- You don't have a project you're actively building or ready to start - You're looking for networking opportunities rather than focused creative work - You want a formula, a playbook, or a 10-step system. - You just want an accountability partner to force you to hit a deadline. - You're not ready to explore the emotional dimensions of your creative work.
What's the application process?
A vibe check. Our studio isn't for everyone, and we want to make sure you're a good fit. We're looking for people with a creative project that matters to them and an entrepreneurial mindset. We personally review every application and will get back to you within three days.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
If you're asking this question, you probably are. The people we work with are often right at that edge: done with the old way, not quite sure how to navigate the new way. That's exactly where we meet you.
What's the time commitment?
1.5 hours weekly for studio calls, plus whatever time you're already spending on your project. This isn't about adding more work, it's about making the time you're more effective and less lonely. All calls are recorded in case you miss a studio session and will be hosted in the Circle community.
I've done accelerators/masterminds before. How is this different?
Most accelerators optimize for speed and scale. Most masterminds are formulaic. We're optimizing for creativity structured emergence—helping you actually build the thing in a way that supports your unique creative process.
What if my project changes direction mid-residency?
That's part of the process. We're here to support what's actually emerging, not police your commitment to week-one declarations. Your project is alive and we respect where the work wants to go.
